Cut & Seal
Patterned knife holders and
radius anvils made to your
specifications. Various seal
patterns are available.
We also use PM materials
on these applications to
increase wear resistance.
Carbide Knives
and Anvils
We use the latest grades of
carbide. All grades are
Sinter HIP. All grades are
submicron ranging from
6% to 15% binder.
Nickel binders also
available for applications
under moist conditions.
Ceramic Knives
Ceramic blades are effective
alternatives for stainless steel
and tungsten carbide applications
requiring extreme wear and
corrosion resistance.
Cut Off Knives
They are made to your
specifications up to 58" in length.
Most are made of standard high
speed steel but can be upgraded
to higher wearing PM materials
to increase production with longer
life. Resharpening services
available as well.
Corner Cutters
We stock all types of corner
cutter styles.
Resharpening service is available.
Window and
Fly Knives
Chilled knives with submicron
carbide inserts and a stainless
steel body. Other window and
fly combinations use the latest
specialty steels to
enhance Performance.
Splicers
Various splicer blades made
of high speed steel for increased
wear. Made to your specification.
Bagger Blades
These blades are made
from a special stainless steel and
are titanium coated to increase
wear resistance and improve
release capabilities.
We also manufacture various
bagger blades made of the
standard high speed steel.
Slitters
Various slitters sizes available
both male and female. A variety
of patterns can be applied to
the outer diameter to give your
product an improved appearance
and easier use.
Radius Anvils
Radius anvils available up to
a 10" radius and 40" long.
Everwear will make recommendations
to improve your anvil material by
offering you more wear resistance,
corrosion resistance or toughness.
Score Blades
High Speed Steel score
blades have proven to outwear
the standard score blade several times.
This makes Everwear score blades
very cost-effective.
Widia Bars
Various round and square sizes.
Carbide and ceramic grades
are available. These bars have
very high resistance to wear.
Vacuum Drums
Vacuum drums for tape
applications. Using Everwear
materials can increase wear
resistance and production.
These drums, when used with
our SMOOTH-KUTT™ knives,
have resulted in excellent
cutting improvements.
Knife Holders
